Again and again we get requests, whether we can put your tours on our homepage. Of course this is possible and we welcome any cooperation. Natureways is not a simple tour portal. We keep our tours to our guidelines. We want to guarantee every user that Natureways is Natureways, so we have some demands which we describe briefly below.
There are basically two ways you can bring your tour on our webpage.
The easiest way is you send us a tour. Send us your tour as a GPX file. We will check whether the tour basically match our criteria and then we make the tour. This means we measure the tour and we will take photos and all that stuff. If you want to choose this path, we can not guarantee you that we make your tour promptly and that we will put it at our portal, because we have to do the main work.
The second possibility is, that you send us your completely finished tour. This means it should be measured by GPS and you should mark your photos as waypoints. For photos, make sure that it is free of any copyright. The best way would be if you made the photos by yourself and you agree to publish them on Natureways. Furthermore, we need a short description of your tour. If you want to see a preview, click here to download. We publish our tours in German and in English. If you do not speak English or you are not so good in speaking it, that’s no problem, we will translate it.
Basically, Natureway tours should include the following stuff: they should run for at least 80% through the nature. Sometimes it is not possible to make a tour without using public roads. But then make sure, that there are just little-used roads. Natureways is a nonprofit organization. Pay attention that your tour has no advertising character. We look forward to have some sights on our tours which are worth to visit. We accept no commercial tours from one industry to another, beautifully packaged by nature. Overall there is no claim that submitted tours will be published.
